Each of these works begin with an accessorized photoshoot that yields a portrait . These photos act as a started surface for bead embroidery, thick paint application and found objects . Leaning into mixed media embellishment techniques, and beadwork - it is the intent to create new surfaces and narratives for each of the subjects.
